Stretch It Out
Stretching should be an everyday activity. Not only does it feel great, it also improves your flexibility, relieves stress, improves your range of motion, improves circulation, and helps prevent injury.
Just relax and stretch those major muscles. Do not hurt yourself. The goal is not to tear muscle tissue. The goal is to stretch those large muscle groups.
Don’t bounce.
Breathe regularly.
Hold each stretch about 30 seconds.
Do this every day. I promise you that within one week your joints and body will be thanking you.
